What makes a good property agent? Dedication, hard work and keen understanding of what a client's needs are. At Singapore Property Networks, we have experienced leadership and the best environment in which you can excel and realise your goals. We will also put the right information you need at your fingertips, with weekly training seminars and briefings to keep you in touch with the latest market developments and to upgrade your workskills.
If you are new to the business of real estate, fret not. SPN offers a one-month introductory course for all new agents, introducing them to the basics of property laws, marketing and techniques on how to effectively sell and negotiate real estate in Singapore.
These agents, as well as those with prior experience, can then undertake a free two-section J-REIT course conducted by SPN. This course helps our agents master important real estate tools, like prospecting, telemarketing and transacting. They will also learn how to prepare contracts for the sale and lease of private, HDB and commercial properties.
In addition, those undergoing the course will be taken on guided tours of URA, commercial, industrial and HDB facilities. This will help familiarise new agents with the structure and operation of such facilities, giving them a better understanding of what they are selling, and to serve their clients better.
SPN believes in continuous education and improvement. That's why even after completing these courses, our senior sales director and team manager Jennifer Tan will provide one-on-one training and personal guidance - so that valuable industry experience and best practices are shared with all agents. |
